The key to MVP is basing it on assumptions trying to be proved to move the market fit forward. Create personas, crate a lean canvas, develop assumptions, know the market and work with a control group first. As you prove assumptions your MVP will shape up on a natural path that understands and fits user expectations so it can grow the right way, lower risk and deliver.
